Zijin Mining Group Co. Ltd. has completed its initial feasibility study on a gold-copper mine in Benguet province owned by Far Southeast Gold Resources Inc. (FSGRI).

Tap Oil to acquire 85% of RP oil drilling consortium

Australia’s Tap Oil Ltd. has acquired an 85-percent stake in a consortium drilling for oil in the Sulu Sea in the southern Philippines, company statements said Tuesday.

Mining firm will start releasing payments tomorrow

After over a decade, 1,940 displaced workers of Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corp. (ACMDC) will receive their separation benefits from the company starting tomorrow.
