Worldwide industrial services company Harsco Corporation announced it has successfully completed a bond offering of 5.75%, 10-year senior notes totaling $450 million. Moody’s Investors Service has today upgraded Qatar Petroleum’s foreign and local currency issuer ratings and its senior unsecured bond rating to Aa3 from A1.
