China Mineral Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB:CMAQ) has abandoned its plan to merge with Ivanhoe Energy Inc.’s (TSX:IE) China-based oil and gas operating subsidiary, Sunwing Energy Ltd., Ivanhoe said Monday.
