Noble Corp. Authorizes Buyback of 10M Additional Shares to Total 15.3M Shares

Noble Corp., which provides services to the oil and gas industry, said Friday its board has authorized the repurchase of 10 million additional shares.
The company had about 5.3 million shares available for purchase under a prior buyback plan. Noble Corp. can now repurchase about 15.3 million shares or 7.4 percent of the company’s outstanding shares.

Medusa Mining sees return to full production by end-Jan.
