Tethys Petroleum Limited announced that its AKK16 exploration well has tested gas at a rate in excess of 10.2 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) (290.2 thousand cubic metres per day (Mcm/d)). Three East Coast companies representing investors who loaned nearly $20 million to help develop the Bull Mountain coal mine near Roundup have filed suit claiming mine owners defaulted on the loan. The suit names Bull Mountain Coal Properties Inc. and five companies affiliated with Airlie Opportunity Fund Cayman LTD, of Greenwich, Conn.
