Mar Ked Mineral Exploration, Inc. Changes Name to North American Energy Resources, Inc.

Mar Ked Mineral Exploration, Inc. announces that it has changed its name to North American Energy Resources, Inc. The name change was effected to complement the business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, North American Exploration, Inc.

The name change is effective August 15, 2008. Additionally, a corresponding symbol change will become effective August 15, 2008. The new symbol will be NAEN.
