The African Diamond Company, Inc., announced that it is proceeding with negotiations to attempt to joint venture with Courteen Consultants, Inc. AFDM is working on possible joint partnering agreements worldwide.

AFDM is a small exploration company seeking out low cost and profitable opportunities in the mining field with a strong focus on coal and base metals.
