Oil and gas explorer Callon Petroleum Co. said Thursday it completed an amended $175 million senior secured credit facility.
The facility has more favorable borrowing rates and an initial borrowing base of $75 million, the company said. It currently has $6 million of borrowings outstanding under the facility, which matures in 2010.
